The machine is easy to handle and feels sturdy. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and I like everything about it. I keep it on level 4 at home and switch to level 8 when I’m out running errands. I’m very pleased with the purchase and the customer support.
The home unit works so quiet we never have a problem sleeping and moving it is simple because of the wheels and it’s very light weight, the portable unit works just as well let’s me get out to visit family and friends, Go out to dinner again and do a little shopping. It’s also light enough for me to carry around.

Very pleased with my Varon portable. Easy to assemble and charge up batteries. Having the extra battery was a very smart choice on my part; so glad I got the extra one because it just gives me that reassurance of having oxygen when I may need it.
The VP-8G works well and provides sufficient output for my use. The battery actually lasts about three hours at a setting of 2. I cannot get a 4 hour runtime.
Took a while to get everything sent in 3 shipments but i love it. Out preforms other concentrator first time i can walk 15 minutes and come back and o2 is still 92 if I walk to mailbox without it about 100 yard's my o2 is about 86 so needless to say it works very well Thanks Varon
The new Cannula's are perfect in length for my new VP-8G Oxygen Concentrator. They are soft and very comfortable. The ends are also perfect in length. Not too long as to poke inside the nose and not too short so they fall out. But just perfect. It's nice to get good merchandise. This is truly a great company that thinks about its customers.
I ordered this machine because it actually goes higher than 6. For months I was told no portable oxygen went higher than 6. Thank you for making one that does. This machine was easy to use. I love the little case for the battery. Plenty of straps so you can carry it however you want. Pricing was actually cheaper than the first Inogen I purchased. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking.
I was looking for something that we could use for our daughter who is 3 and was needing something mellow but enough to help her as she needs 1Lpm. Went on a hunch and this holds her fine at 4 settings wise. We have other stuff to help her but with 7 etanks to last a month is not super helpful for on the go. This resolves that with ease. Small and ultra portable is worth every penny and the deluxe makes it even better as I can charge a battery while using the other. Car charger is also excellent for on the go. Highly recommended!
It is more quiet than what DME had provided. I wanted tank oxygen when oxygen demands were higher so our DME provided tanks. We also had the home oxygen concentrator which goes up to 10 l/min. But they took the PORTABLE one stated insurance did not cover tanks and portable concentrator. So I decided to buy one. Now we have it all!! My husband has large lung cancer encroaching on left main bronchus at both upper and lower lobes. Metastasis in spine C1 to lumbar most concentrated at thoracic vertebrae. Cancer in mediastinum with pathologic fractures in sternum and thoracic T8!. Cancer amso in brain, pelvis, spleen, liver, and duodenum. We are in active CC cancer treatment and his breathing improved so much in past 3 months but I know he will see breathing challenges in the future. But for now, he can be more liberated to be outside the home enjoying life some not being tied to home concentrator and tanks. You have to buy the car charger (DC) as it doesn't come in the package. We haven't had to use more than 4 l/m but with this newest Varon POC going as high as 8, we can be more able to use a portable concentrator. His time left is about QUALITY TIME and with this newest version, I think we will have it. It was worth it to pay for it myself while insurance pays 80% on contracted rate for home oxygen concentrator and tanks for use outside the home. We have had it 2 weeks. So far, so great!
Use to continuous oxygen so it's going to take a little while to get use to. But it will be nice to get away from the tanks. Because they have been keeping me at home more.

The Varon VP-8G works very good. When I'm driving I can keep it on 5 or 6 and when I'm walking or shopping I bump it up to 8. The only problem I have is the short battery life but I think that's to be expected when using 8 lpm.
