Great machine, dependable, easy to set up and program. Use with my CPAP and it seems to lengthen my sleep. The flow rate is great as I put it in another room at night with a 30 foot hose and no loss of air flow. It is alot quieter than my portable unit.
The size is perfect for vacationing only wish there was a constant flow smaller one that ran on batteries to use when I’m out and about . I would recommend your product

Very reasonable price compared to the more expensive units on the market. The control panel on the top of the unit is easy to use and is very user-friendly. Appreciate the accessories and the extra filters included. Glad that the unit goes up to "7" oxygen flow. My only disappointment is that at the higher oxygen flow level settings the oxygen saturation is reduced. I was hoping that the oxygen saturation would stay high at all flow levels.

I received a defective machine in the mail, and I did what is requested to recieve a replacement and before we had completely completed the pictures and explanations they had a new machine on its way. It is a great product and has definitely helped me with my low oxygen levels. I love that it has a remote as well as the manual and also that you can set it to a certain time. Plus the fact that it has three different styles of breathing accessories
Awesome machine. I use 2L/m at night and sleep much much better then I ever did and wake up feeling 100%. Water tank is a bit under size but I don't usually use it any more. I bought a long enough hose that I can go anywhere in my apt.
Received the unit very quickly after order. It was running that night for 6 hrs and performed flawlessly each night after that. Time will tell on durability long term. I am pleased with the entire transaction
2nd unit I purchased, 1 for wife & 1 for myself. 1st 1 runs very quiet, 2nd 1 has clicking noise like a pulse flow instead of being quiet like continuous flow. Ordered on Tuesday and received it that Friday. Great delivery time!

The concentrator works great and is quiet. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the VERY weak remote control. You have to be on top of the unit for the remote to work, making the remote basically worthless. My wife really needed remote due to her mobility problems.
