Works great. Extends my time away from AC power or car 12 V supply.
The 5000 battery is a must have to me. It works well and I have used it for long days of usage. I can easily get 2.5 hours of use from it. Perhaps a bit more. I reommend this battery highly.
Product support is great for doing the right thing. I ordered on Amazon and found the delivered external battery was faulty. Once known they sent me not just the smaller 2-hour battery but upgraded me to the larger 4-hour one.

Great product. Had to reorder as the 1st one came damaged, but they replaced it in a timely manner and without having to make a return. I would suggest packaging these better when shipping to avoid damage. That is my only complaint, my husbands concentrator works wonderfully and the battery lasts a long time.
Received battery fast in perfect order. It gives me 2 hours per charge that is good. Use the car power every trip the battery supplies me for doctor visits and errors even restaurant visits. Am happy & thank you for excellent service
My Mother loves her Veron VL2 & her battery 5000 mAh light series it has given her the ability to go places that she hasn’t been able to go for a long time it’s convenient and it’s light weight so she is able to carry it herself also I was able to teach her how to use it not different at all thank you this machine has given us the ability to travel and have much more freedom 🙏🏽
She is happy that she can go around with this concentrator. Easy to carry. Lightweight and my mum uses two batteries always charged. The price is so good to be true. I have recommended others instead of buying from sg, it’s just too expensive
With the 5 hour battery I can go to Bible study and worship on Sunday and still have enough power left to go out for lunch. I'm very glad to have the longer battery power.
