This has worked great for me. I wear an spo2 monitor to monitor oxygen drops and since starting my use of the concentrator my o2 drops have improved dramatically and my oxygen levels are staying above 95% most of the night. Prior to using the concentrator I was frequently having drops below 90%. Not only that but the number of drops >4% and >3% has improved dramatically, for example from 44 drops >4% and 76 drops >3% to 6 drops >4% and 11 drops >3%! I am also sleeping fewer hour to feel refreshed!

I use this for making ozone water and gas at home for health reasons. It produces over 99% O2 within 2 minutes at anything less than 3/4 lpm flows so very adequate for this purpose. I’ve tested medical O2 in tanks and it measures about 96% in the ones I’ve tested, the same as welding O2. According to my meter this concentrator output is higher purity than medical tanks. I have used larger concentrators which are big and make more noise and will alarm at flows less than 1 lpm which this one does not so that’s a plus. It is very small so takes up very little space. Perfect for ozone production at an affordable price.

Now that I have the unit, I love it, I haven't slept this well in years! It was very confusing with the shipping as I got notified that my order was delivered in full but I had only received the cannulas. There was no communication that the device was coming in a separate shipment and trying to get ahold of anyone in support was a nightmare. I was at the point of contacting my Credit Card company to report a fraudulent charge when I did finally receive a tracking number for the unit. Again, now that I have it, I highly recommend this device if you have low O2 levels!

I also have a VH-2 Pro from Varon. The VH-3 is significantly quieter and I greatly appreciate the "sleep" mode which turns the display off at night (The display on the VH-2 Pro lights up the bedroom and cannot be turned off). In most every way I prefer the VH-3. One very important factor to consider is that the VH-3 produces significantly less O2 (90% at 1L/min but that drops to 60% at 2L/min and continues to drop further as you increase the flow. This is consistent with the specifications shown on the website. Just make sure you know how much O2 you need before purchasing.

For what it’s worth, I invested in a fairly good quality O2 detection unit to test the actual oxygen output to see if it was as advertised. As it turns out, the meter showed at least the concentration or better that the machine displayed so I was very pleased. If you need a medical grade machine that can output super pure oxygen at a high flow rate, get a prescription and buy a $3,000 machine, but I’m very happy with this machine for the money, and I’m using it connected to my cpap for overnight treatment and it’s making a real difference.
