The single/double Battery is a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery for the VP-2 model. It provides portability for your active lifestyle. When you're away from a power source, this battery will keep your concentrator running so that you can stay active longer. A 8-Cell battery will give you up to 3.5 hours of battery life, or a 16-Cell battery to provide 6 hours of use time.

Getting charged 2nd day of 1900 mile trip working 👍 good
Love the run time of the new battery as it gives us peace and less concern when using the portable unit while on trips to the doctor's or where we may need to go. Now with the original battery we had, we have added several hours of knowing we will have the life of Oxygen that we need.
Works nicely. Ordered it to have a battery that last longer then the battery that came with the travel VARON that I purchased it came with a smaller battery life that only lasted about two and a half hours,this one that I ordered last 6 hours which is great. With this one and the one that came with my travel oxygen concentrator I know have 8 and a half hours of battery life. Which makes traveling so much better. I can charge one while using the other which is so great!!!!!
I'm thankful that I was able to order another battery to replace an old one. The new battery fits well but it can slide out very easily, which the first one did not.
I've had the old batteries for over 3 1/2 years and have been free to leave my home with no fears!
I need to order another one.

I love knowing that I don't have tonworry about carrying tanks with me everywhere I go
The extra battery makes it possible for me to enjoy more time away from home without worrying about having to charge my unit too soon.
The battery arrived in a timely manner and works fine. It would be nice if there was a separate battery charger to use when the oxygen generator is busy with another battery.
Certainly appreciate having a backup battery. This was a gift for my in-laws who have the compatible oxygen concentrator. This gives them more time to romp around. Seems to be working well they tell me.
I have one question : I know I can charge a battery separately but what about a space I see for charging on the unit itself.
In other words can I just charge the unit while there is a partly charged battery attached. Hope I made myself clear. I love this unit and highly recommend it. Thanks!
Delivery was timely. Package was undamaged and items were as expected. Haven't used the concentrator for an outing yet but did charge the battery and turned it on to test it. Pleased with buying experience.

Two and a half hours and the flight is at least 3 hours.
