-Choose a time that is right for you. You may have the stereotype that since I am about to become an exercising person, I will have to get up early and join those who exercise in the morning. That is unnecessary. The best exercise time for you is the time when you feel the most motivated, no matter it is early in the morning or late at night.

Listen to your body:

If something doesn't feel right, stop immediately. Pain or discomfort during exercise can be a sign of injury, and it's important to rest and recover before continuing your workout.

Stay hydrated:

Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout to stay hydrated and avoid cramping.

Adjust your diet:

You will need more energy and protein as you start exercising. Eating a well-balanced diet can help with your post-exercise recovery and boost your energy level.

Take rest:

As your exercise intensity gradually steps up, don’t forget to take adequate rest, which is as significant as exercise.

By taking these precautions, you can ensure a safe and effective workout as you begin your fitness journey.
